- Describe your issue. We open a ticket and text you a confirmation.
- We text you updates and replies from your technician, and a message when the ticket is closed.
The fine print
By texting TICKET and replying Y, you agree to receive text messages from Teqbytes, Inc. (TEQbytes) about the support tickets you open. Message frequency varies; typically 3–4 messages per ticket. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
