TEQbytes SMS Support

TEQbytes SMS Support is a text-message program run by Teqbytes, Inc. (TEQbytes) for employees of organizations that have a TEQbytes support agreement. You can open a support ticket by text, and we text you confirmations, updates and replies about the tickets you open.

How to join

Text TICKET to our support number. We will reply with the program details and ask you to confirm. Once you confirm, describe your issue and we will open a ticket.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies; typically 3–4 messages per ticket. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opting out

Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; we will confirm and send no further messages. You can also reach support at support@teqbytes.com or (845) 219-1762.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
